CB Key Request

You may request a key either due to a loss of your key or the need for an additional spare key.

To initiate a key request, it is imperative that you complete the BACKUP KEY REQUEST FORM. You can access this form by visiting our Service & Support page or by clicking on the link below:

Please ensure you complete this step before proceeding with your online order.

It is crucial to understand that each key is unique, and only the precise ITEM NUMBER and KEY NUMBER will unlock the corresponding safe.

After you've submitted the BACKUP KEY REQUEST FORM, you will be provided with a unique CASE ID.  Remember that you will need this CASE ID when you place your online order.

Additionally, please be aware that all spare part(s) and Backup Key purchases are non-refundable.
